Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead project meetings, monitor progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and handle change orders and RFIs while guiding both field and office teams toward successful project completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in a project management role with ability to run multiple projects.
• Proficiency with project software such as Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards.
• Strong ability to read construction drawings and update plans.
• Ability to organize resources to meet tight deadlines and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear cross-team communication.
• Monitor site progress and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Handle change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Provide leadership to field and office staff to drive project success.
