LeoForce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee all phases of civil sitework projects in the Greater Philadelphia market. You will manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.

The role requires strong leadership, proven negotiation skills, and expertise in cost estimation and quality control, with a family-run contractor background and a reputation for getting work done right.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager in construction focusing on sitework.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and materials.
• Experience negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Ability to estimate costs and develop project plans.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycles from conception to completion.
• Developing project plans with schedules and cost estimates; coordinate with teams and contractors.
• Conducting site visits and reporting on project status; ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable terms.
• Provide expert guidance on equipment, materials, and sitework processes.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes across project activities.
• Identify challenges and proactively propose effective solutions.
