Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction project management role.
• Experience managing municipal, healthcare, and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Establish project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage resources.
• Manage budget allocation and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction specialists.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Implement project communications plan and provide regular updates.
• Resolve issues or delays in construction.
