Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a seasoned Permanent Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations from pre-construction to project completion. You will manage scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and safety to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction management experience, a strong track record on large projects, and proficiency in blueprints, MS Office, and CM software. CCM or PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction management role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of construction contract management, project scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Superior knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Ensure project activities comply with company and government regulations concerning health, safety, and environment.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking reports.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
