• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or Construction Management or equivalent.
• OSHA 30/40 hour certification or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer safety programs to support business objectives.
• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to focus on key risk elements (EHS).
• Provide day-to-day guidance to local management and staff to build a safety culture.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees on site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA and local safety regulations.
