Pulice Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee onsite safety programs and regulatory compliance on active construction sites.

You will identify hazards, run DHA documentation, advise management on safety interpretations, and coordinate emergency response activities to protect personnel and assets. The role requires strong communication, organization, and field leadership across diverse project teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Health & Safety or related field preferred.
• 7+ years construction or safety experience required.
• Experience with a broad variety of construction methods and build types required.
• Proven skill to identify onsite project safety risks and recommend mitigation within safety and project program requirements.
• Able to take on special tasks or projects with limited direction and oversight.

Responsabilités

• Identifies, documents and resolves onsite safety risks during daily site walks.
• Advises management on interpretation and implementation of safety regulations.
• Evaluates safety equipment needs and ensures availability for upcoming work.
• Supports investigations and reporting of accidents, injuries or illnesses for timely resolution.
• Develops and distributes worksite safety and evacuation plans; supports emergency response coordination.
• Presents toolbox talks and safety program progress to leadership.
• Maintains knowledge of company values and policies.
