JPMorganChase is seeking an SRE Software Engineer III to design and operate resilient software that improves availability, scalability, and customer experience. You will build automated delivery pipelines, apply site reliability principles, and collaborate across engineering and stakeholder groups.

You will work with tools for observability, CI/CD, and secure coding practices, and contribute to reliability improvements across complex, multi-system applications in a fast-paced corporate

Formación

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
• Proficiency in site reliability culture and principles.
• Experience with observability and SRE practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and container orchestration.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to improve release quality, speed, and repeatability.
• Develop software ensuring availability, reliability, scalability, and operational readiness of applications/services.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to troubleshoot multi-system problems and restore service.
• Use and define service level indicators/objectives to identify risks and improve reliability.
• Advance observability via telemetry, dashboards, and alerting to shorten MTTD/MTTR.
• Improve operational excellence through runbooks, automation, and reducing toil.
