Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead major and high-severity incident responses and drive rapid multi-team resolution.
Architect and deliver automation to reduce toil and MTTR while improving resilience.
Define SLOs/SLIs and standardize observability across products and platforms.
Mentor engineers, review designs, and uplift reliability practices enterprise-wide.
Collaborate with Delivery, Architecture, Security, and Risk teams on reliability roadmaps.
