Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development or SRE.
• Deep knowledge of multiple programming languages, architecture, and design principles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident responses and drive problem management to prevent recurrence.
• Architect automation to reduce toil, MTTR, and improve reliability.
• Standardize observability practices with dashboards and KPIs across platforms.
