ElevenLabs is hiring Site Reliability Engineers to raise the reliability bar across our real-time AI platforms. You will design resilience, define targets, and work with product and engineering teams to prevent downtime and improve performance.

As part of a globally distributed, remote-first team, you’ll implement observability, automation, and incident response workflows. This role offers high impact and collaboration across live customer experiences and AI production systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running production systems at scale as an SRE, infrastructure engineer or similar.
• Strong background in backend development and automation to improve reliability.
• Experience owning incident response, on-call and post-mortems, driving fixes to completion.
• Experience with observability, alerting, and defining/tracking SLOs or SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Design and run disaster recovery programmes, setting ambitious recovery targets and testing against them.
• Define SLAs and SLOs with each product team, and build tooling to track them by product and customer.
• Own how we detect, respond to and learn from incidents, including alerting design and post-mortems.
• Build AI-assisted investigation and auto-resolution capabilities from diagnosis to remediation.
• Embed with product teams to shape architecture and engineering practices for resilience at scale.
