Job summary
Instrumental, the manufacturing acceleration platform company, is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability, performance, and scalability of our SaaS platform. The role spans California, Washington, Oregon, and Nevada with remote and hybrid options and a full-time commitment.
You will automate, monitor, and optimize in collaboration with AI tooling, build robust CI/CD, and improve KPIs for uptime and latency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience deploying SaaS platforms on public clouds (AWS preferred).
- Expert knowledge of Linux, shell, containerization, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform preferred), monitoring, logging, and APM tools.
- Proven ability to drive projects to completion independently.
- Experience integrating AI tools into development and operations workflows.
- Skill in setting and measuring KPIs for performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Nice-to-have network and application security/compliance experience.
