GE Vernova seeks a proactive Site Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of on-site project delivery, directing civil, mechanical erection and commissioning while ensuring safety, schedule and budget compliance.

You will lead site teams, manage resources, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive project milestones across US hydro/generation sites; travel up to 90% is expected with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years hydro/generation supervisory experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%.
• Strong leadership, safety compliance and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full lifecycle of on-site project delivery (ITO/OTR).
• Direct site activities including civil, mechanical erection and commissioning.
• Manage schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
