This role requires strong leadership, project management experience, and the ability to travel up to 90% across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years hydro/generation supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities required.
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools; safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities for civil, mechanical erection, and commissioning.
• Direct resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations to meet milestones.
• Lead site team, manage staffing and performance development, ensure safety.
• Ensure schedule, quality, and cost alignment with contract and policy.
