Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 4 years' experience in Continuous Improvement or 6 years in Engineering/CI.
• 4 years' experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System elements (e.g., SPC, FMEA, KPIs).
• Demonstrated project ownership leading to long-term savings.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of operational work processes within the Distribution Center and drives end-to-end improvements.
• Leads strategic partnerships with GM/AGM/PI Manager to improve distribution performance.
• Provides supervision and development for Process Quality Engineers and builds a team-based culture.
• Applies continuous improvement tools (e.g., RCA, Six Sigma, 5S) to eliminate losses and sustain standards.
