You will apply Six Sigma, 5S, RCA and SPC tools while supervising engineers, coordinating projects, and ensuring adherence to Walmart’s performance systems and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 4 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement work or related area.
• 4 years’ experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end improvements in the Distribution Center.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive network-wide initiatives.
• Apply Six Sigma, 5S, SPC and RCA to reduce losses.
• Support and measure performance in Walmart Performance System.
• Develop contingency plans and monitor progress across projects.
