Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader for the Irvington, AL Distribution Center. You will drive end-to-end process improvements, partner with senior leaders, and apply Six Sigma tools to eliminate losses and raise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 4 years’ continuous improvement experience.
• 4 years leading teams.
• Experience with Quality Management System elements and SPC/FMEA/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvements in the Distribution Center.
• Partner with General Manager and Process Improvement Manager to drive improvements.
• Apply Root Cause Analysis and Six Sigma to reduce losses.
• Support Walmart Performance System and Daily Management System reviews.
• Develop contingency plans and measure performance.
