Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ continuous improvement experience.
• 4 years’ experience leading teams and driving sustainable cost savings.
• Experience with a Quality Management System; SPC, FMEA, KPIs, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to drive end-to-end distribution center improvements.
• Lead multiple business plans, remove obstacles, and allocate resources to improve performance.
• Coach and develop associates, promote a culture of belonging, and reinforce ethics.
• Support Walmart Performance System and Daily Management System with root-cause analysis.
