Responsibilities

Lead the DC warehouse team to deliver high levels of customer service and support operations and sales.
Prepare materials for capability presentations (inventory levels, capacity, and special deliveries).
Maintain customer service standards and resolve delivery-related issues.
Schedule staff to meet service needs and cover for other DC positions as required.
Maintain the facility's cleanliness, security, and safe operations.
Drive DC programs in line with business plans and collaborate with Motion Industries leadership.
Support the DC Manager with financial results, cost control and asset management.
Assist in annual budget preparation and month-end financial reviews.
Review financial packages with the DC management team to achieve expense goals.
Perform additional duties as assigned and ensure safety policies are followed.
Oversee safety, health, and environmental procedures and employee participation.
