Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 4+ years of Engineering/Continuous Improvement experience
- Experience managing large-scale capital automation projects and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with RCA, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, OEE, and process standardization
Responsibilities
- Lead site engineering improvements in the distribution center.
- Partner with GMs and Process Improvement to drive end-to-end improvements.
- Apply continuous improvement tools to eliminate losses and sustain standards.
- Guide and balance workloads across engineering teams and projects.
- Analyze performance data to identify loss drivers and corrective actions.
