Job summary

Renovo Solutions, a nationwide healthcare and life sciences technology management company, seeks an Operations Support Specialist, Lead to own a defined scope within the ELIS program. You will coordinate site‑level operations, manage intake and escalation, and ensure service performance across laboratories, campuses, or departments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in laboratory operations, equipment coordination or a similar coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned scope, whether a whole site, group of laboratories or a site coordination team.
• Represent the scope in site and program operating reviews with accurate status.
• Receive service requests and triage for urgency and instrument criticality.
• Dispatch to Renovo engineers or OEM/third‑party when appropriate.
• Maintain scheduled maintenance calendars and track demand maintenance.
• Resolve entitlement questions within the scope and escalate only when necessary.
• Coach coordinators on entitlement judgment and documentation quality.
• Ensure site procedures and safety requirements are followed.
