Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead a team of facilities technicians, housekeeping staff, and recycling personnel at our Mississippi manufacturing site. You will oversee preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and electrical system maintenance to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, plus 4–7 years of related experience.
• Strong technical background in facilities and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership with the ability to lead a team, manage schedules and timecards, address employee concerns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and routine maintenance for buildings and production equipment.
• Lead in-house janitorial, ground maintenance, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure permits are obtained and updated.
• Coordinate with utilities and ensure electrical, mechanical, and construction work meets codes.
• Act as Safety Officer and train staff in safety.
• Plan monthly budget and drive improvements in plant utilities.
• Coordinate and ensure facilities work compliance with specifications, regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Support the Functional Manager in day-to-day activities.
