Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering leader to guide the function with focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement. You will coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering Support to deliver the manufacturing plan, drive best-in-class solutions, and manage performance metrics.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years in manufacturing engineering, strong leadership, and experience in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years in manufacturing engineering and/or project management.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices preferred).
• Strong leadership with integrity and accountability.
• Previous supervisor/management experience.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and project execution leadership for Manufacturing Engineering.
• Drive efficiencies in current technical systems and lead development of new systems.
• Support Labor forecasting and skills needs for new business requirements.
• Lead performance management and coaching within the team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
