Job summary

5.11 is seeking a Senior Manager, Site Merchandising to lead the digital storefront strategy and day-to-day performance. You will own product content, navigation, search, and on-site experiences to drive revenue, conversion, AOV, engagement, and product performance.

You will blend curation and storytelling with customer behavior, inventory insights, and performance data to deliver compelling shopping experiences and set a cadence for merchandising operations across campaigns, launches,

Qualifications

7+ years in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or digital retail.
Proven ability to translate site, customer, and financial KPIs into revenue actions.
Deep understanding of product curation, storytelling, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end site merchandising strategy across full-price, launches and promos.
Lead weekly and in-season trading using revenue, conversion, AOV, and category performance.
Lead product curation and storytelling across categories, launches and commercial moments.
Establish standards for customer journey from homepage through PDP for engagement and conversion.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity via merchandising strategies and onsite experiences.
Own roadmap for navigation, PLP/PDP, on-site search, recommendations and product discovery.
