5.11, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Site Merchandising to lead the commercial strategy and day-to-day performance of the company’s digital storefront in Costa Mesa, CA.

You will own product storytelling, navigation, and onsite experiences to drive revenue, conversion, and AOV. The role requires managing the site merchandising roadmap, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Technology to translate business priorities into a cohesive digital experience, and leading a

Qualifications

7+ years of ecommerce, digital merchandising, or digital retail experience with team leadership.
Ability to translate site, customer, and financial KPIs into revenue-driving actions.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end site merchandising strategy across full-price, product launches, and promotions.
Lead cross-functional digital initiatives across Product, Marketing, Creative, Inventory/Planning, Analytics, and Technology.
