Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a highly organized Senior Manager of Site Merchandising to lead day-to-day merchandising and performance of a digital storefront for elite brands. This in-office role is based in the Boston area with potential relocation assistance.

You will translate seasonal, product, and promotional strategies into compelling onsite experiences, own ranking decisions, and partner with Site Operations to ensure accurate launches and production execution.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of ecommerce/site merchandising experience
• Experience owning day-to-day site merchandising for a high-volume ecommerce business
• Strong knowledge of product taxonomy, attributes, filtering, and site navigation
• Experience with Shopify Plus and merchandising tools incl. PLP and onsite search platforms
• Experience with personalization and recommendation platforms
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Proven ability to translate data into merchandising actions
• Experience managing launches, markdowns, and promotions with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site merchandising across homepage, landing pages, PDPs, search and navigation
• Translate priorities into onsite merchandising plans and briefs
• Coordinate product setup, promotions, and site updates with Site Operations
• Provide final merchandising review for launches including attributes, imagery and ranking
• Develop category strategy and optimize product categorization and ranking
• Own on-site product ranking decisions and adjust features based on performance
• Lead strategy for recommendations and personalized experiences
• Manage onsite search merchandising, tuning, redirects, and zero-result handling
• Collaborate with Creative on photography and imagery needs
• Review markdowns, sale assortments, and promotional experiences
• Quality-check email links, landing pages, and campaign merchandising
• Monitor performance and translate insights into merchandising actions
• Execute personalization and experimentation with Analytics/Marketing teams
• Conduct site reviews and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams
• Plan for product-line needs, promos, and homepage content
• Establish standards, briefs, QA processes, and backlogs for teams
• Manage workflows with tech partners and escalate roadmap needs
• Develop Site Merchandising team and mentorship
