Job summary

5.11, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Merchandiser to drive commercial performance for assigned categories on the 5.11 digital storefront.

You will translate business priorities, product performance, and customer behavior into onsite merchandising strategies to boost discovery, conversion, AOV, and revenue. You will lead merchandising across navigation, search, PLPs, PDPs, collections, recommendations, launches, and campaigns with a data-driven approach to optimize performance and customer

Qualifications

5+ years in ecommerce merchandising or related digital retail role.
Strong analytics and KPI-driven decision making.
Experience with category merchandising, onsite search, sorting, PDP/PLP optimization.

Responsibilities

Own merchandising strategy and weekly trading plan for categories and customer journeys.
Analyze sales, conversion, inventory, product views, add-to-cart and sell-through to identify opportunities.
Lead product placement, sorting, collections, category pages, landing pages, onsite search merchandising, recommendations and promotions.
Develop merchandising tests across sorting, navigation, messaging, recommendations, landing experiences, and product presentation.
Mentor Site Merchandisers and share best practices to maintain consistent standards.
