Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10+ years related construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and budgets.
• Willingness to travel across the United States; project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Owns field activities from start-up to completion, including safety, quality, schedule, and logistics.
• Maintains and tracks project schedule; creates a two–three week lookahead.
• Provides real-time data to PM/Scheduler for schedule updates.
• Ensures site safety and compliance; coaches subs and team on safety.
• Leads on-site meetings; coordinates subcontractors and materials.
• Reviews drawings and coordinates field activities with project team.
• Monitors budget, scope, and procurement to meet project milestones.
• Mentors and develops site team toward professional goals.
