Job summary

North American Renewables is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for solar PV, BESS, and other renewables. You will manage multiple turnkey project sites, enforce safety standards, coordinate inspections, and report progress to Project Managers and Field Operations leadership.

Candidates should have 5+ years of construction supervision, 2+ years in renewables, OSHA 30, the ability to read blueprints, and knowledge of civil, structural, electrical,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervision experience.
• 2+ years of experience in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, or BESS) preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple turnkey PV project sites.
• Lead and enforce site safety standards per OSHA and company policies.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions, utilities, and third-party inspectors.
• Maintain and submit daily and weekly reports per SOP requirements.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to Project Managers and Field Operations leadership.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize workflows to minimize delays.
