Job summary

Centrica Business Solutions US INC is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent for Baltimore-based solar projects. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across multiple trades.

The role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and a focus on timely project delivery. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in site supervision of commercial solar, strong knowledge of NEC and blueprints, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of onsite management across multiple trades in commercial construction.
• 5+ years as site superintendent or foreman for commercial solar projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and maintenance, including troubleshooting solar inverters and strings.
• Coordinate all jobsite work activities and ensure compliance with NEC and local regulations.
• Manage subcontractors, assess safety performance, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely, profitable completion.
