CJR Renewables is growing—and we’re looking for two experienced Superintendents to lead field execution on major wind, solar, and BESS construction projects:

Superintendent – Electrical Works

These are critical leadership roles responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality field operations across active construction sites.

The Superintendent leads field crews, subcontractors, and supporting teams (Safety, QA/QC, Project Controls, Logistics, etc.) to ensure all construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with project specifications and OSHA requirements.

You will coordinate daily with the Construction Manager/General Superintendent to resolve field challenges, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution across all work fronts.

• Lead daily field coordination with crews, subcontractors, and project leadership
• Manage manpower, sequencing, productivity, and workfront planning
• Enforce OSHA compliance and site safety programs
• Ensure quality installation aligned with drawings, specs, and QA/QC standards
• Oversee civil or electrical construction activities (based on role)
• Coordinate logistics, materials, equipment, and site resources
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, planning sessions, and safety meetings
• Support inspections, punch lists, and client walkdowns
• Track progress, reporting, and production metrics

• 5+ years of field supervisory experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction (solar, wind, or BESS preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, field execution, and subcontractor management
• Ability to read drawings, interpret specs, and solve field challenges
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Experience with Procore, scheduling tools, or construction software (preferred)

Pay: Commensurate with experience
