North American Renewables, Inc. (NAR) is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for renewable energy construction projects, including solar photovoltaic (PV), battery energy storage systems (BESS), and other renewable energy installations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage daily construction activities across multiple turnkey PV project sites of varying complexity
• Lead and enforce site safety standards, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions, utilities, and third-party inspectors
• Maintain and submit daily and weekly reports per SOP requirements
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to Project Managers and Field Operations leadership
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety, quality, cost, and schedule expectations
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize workflows to minimize delays
• Coordinate delivery, storage, and staging of materials and equipment
• Conduct regular subcontractor meetings and proactively address site challenges
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professionally maintained
• Review project documents including contracts, drawings, and schedules; provide feedback during planning and kickoff phases
• Support project management with RFIs, change orders, and customer interactions
• Perform DAS commissioning and other assigned technical tasks
• Document key project communications, agreements, and compliance records

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of construction supervision experience
• 2+ years of experience in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, or BESS) strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical construction practices
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project)
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification preferred
