Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead onsite coordination for utility‑scale renewable projects across solar, BESS, and wind. You will review plans, supervise multiple trades, monitor deliveries, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

You will collaborate with EPC partners, utilities, and clients while maintaining field records, supporting permit compliance, and driving continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with solar, BESS, or wind projects.
• Coordinate multiple trades and manage electrical scopes in a field setting.
• Strong communicator with EPC partners, utilities, and internal teams.
• Excellent at documenting meetings, decisions, and site changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite coordination for utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar, BESS, wind).
• Review work plans, methods, safety procedures, and schedules across scopes.
• Monitor delivery and storage of equipment and materials for readiness.
• Track milestones and adjust plans with EPC partners as needed.
• Support permit compliance, inspections, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct punch walks and assist with project closeout activities.
• Maintain accurate field documentation including site conditions and decisions.
• Identify risks and support corrective actions.
• Serve as EPS onsite representative to clients and stakeholders.
• Help develop team through knowledge sharing and cross-disciplinary coordination.
