Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems Ltd. seeks a Superintendent - Electrical – Solar to coordinate the site electrical construction schedule, execution plan, and daily field issues on a solar project.

You will supervise electrical crews and ensure work meets safety, quality, and budget targets. Responsibilities include coordinating personnel, managing permits, liaising with clients and AHJs, maintaining the construction schedule, and delivering a safe, high‑quality solar facility on time.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years experience in solar or utility construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction and safety programs.
• Ability to travel 76-100% domestically and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the site electrical construction schedule and execution plan.
• Supervise electrical field personnel to meet safety, quality, and budget targets.
• Manage permits, QA/QC, and subcontractor contracts.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and AHJs to maintain alignment on scope and timelines.
