Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director Site Lead Project Management to join our team in leading delivery on major infrastructure programs. You will support the Director of Project Management, drive growth, manage client relationships, and oversee the performance of project managers and staff.

You will lead bid efforts, present offerings to clients, and ensure successful delivery from planning through execution, while maintaining margins and financial controls across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience managing client accounts and teams.
• Consulting experience and market knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of PM in growing revenue and managing client relationships.
• Lead bid teams and proposal development.
• Present service offerings to clients and lead interviews.
• Mentor and supervise PM staff and provide career development.
• Monitor project margins, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure timely client invoices and collections.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive strategic growth.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities and oversee infrastructure programs.
