Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead and develop a team of Project Managers and deliver PM services on major data center construction programs.

This role requires strong leadership, client engagement, market analysis, strategic planning, risk and quality control, and the ability to drive business growth across sectors while aligning with the company's goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred.
12+ years of relevant construction PM experience.
2+ years leading large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
Proven track record delivering PM services for clients.
Experience with business development and growth strategies.
Experience in sectors including data centers, CRE, life sciences, etc.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver project management services on major projects.
Oversee client communications and project management activities.
Lead market research on construction conditions and publish insights.
Develop strategic and operational plans for PM services.
Ensure quality, risk management, and ISO-related audits.
