Miller Bros. Const., Inc. seeks a Project Manager II to lead heavy civil site-development projects from bid to closeout for private commercial clients such as data centers and warehouses.

You will own scope, schedule, cost, client relationships, and field coordination, working with owners, developers, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive project management and/or estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing site-development projects from bidding through closeout.
• Experience with large commercial/industrial developments (data centers, warehouses, distribution centers) preferred.
• Ability to coordinate sitework with general contractors, trades, utilities, and inspectors; strong cost control.

• Lead commercial and industrial site-development projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, client relationships, subcontractors, and field coordination.
• Prepare bids and detailed cost estimates; review plans, geotechnical reports, and schedules.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and production to maximize profitability and on-time delivery.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across project teams.
