Job summary

Miller Bros. Const., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to lead heavy civil site-development for private commercial clients. Responsibilities include planning, execution, cost control, and closeout of multi-discipline projects such as data centers, warehouses, and industrial sites.

The PM2 coordinates with owners, developers, general contractors, engineers, and field teams to deliver safe, profitable work, maintain schedules, and manage change. Regular travel to active sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive project management/estimating in heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing site-development projects from bid through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and client relationships.
