Miller Bros. Const., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to lead heavy civil site-development projects from bidding through closeout.

You will coordinate with owners, developers, GC’s, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and profitable outcomes. You will manage budgets, forecasts, and change orders, review geotechnical reports, plans, and specs, and drive proactive communication about risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts with the Group Manager

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive project management and/or estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing site-development projects from bidding through closeout, including budgets, forecasts, schedules, and change orders.

Mansioni

• Lead commercial and industrial site-development projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, developers, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Align sitework with construction milestones and phased turnovers.
• Prepare bids and detailed cost estimates using industry tools; review plans, specs, geotechnical reports, and schedules.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability; monitor labor, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee project billing, subcontractor coordination, and change orders; manage financial closeout.
