• Minimum five years of progressive PM or estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing site-development projects including earthwork and utilities.
• Experience with large commercial/industrial developments and bid-to-closeout processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-development projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, costs, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare bids, estimates, change orders, and maintain contract documents.
• Provide regular project reporting and ensure profitability and safety.
