Job summary

Miller Bros. Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to lead heavy civil site-development projects from bidding through final turnover.

The role collaborates with owners, developers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and profitability on projects including data centers, distribution centers, and warehouses. The PM2 will manage cost, schedule, and scope while coordinating with field leadership to maintain project milestones and client satisfaction across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive project management and/or estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing site-development projects from bidding through closeout, including budgets, forecasts, schedules, and change orders.
• Experience with large commercial/industrial developments such as data centers, distribution centers, warehouses, or manufacturing campuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned commercial and industrial site-development projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, developers, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Align sitework execution with milestones, turnover, and utility availability.
• Provide proactive communication on bid challenges, risks, and cost impacts to leadership.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain contract documents from award through closeout.
• Oversee project budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial performance.
