Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development for US site budgets and language.
• Lead contract negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders; draft/finalize CTAs.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV, site justification) as needed.
• Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Maintain updates in trackers and databases; ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs.
