Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor-dedicated program based in the United States.

You will develop and negotiate US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with academic institutions to balance business objectives with protections and compliance. You will lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred) and drive timelines while mentoring teammates, using Excel and CTMS to track progress and ensure

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: build US site budgets and study-specific budget language for trials.
• Negotiation: lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Project leadership: prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas.
• Tools/Systems: demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS, maintain trackers and databases.
• Compliance: deepen knowledge of GCP, sponsor processes, SOPs, and train team members; drive process improvements.
