Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to support sponsor-dedicated programs, remotely within the United States. You will develop budgets, negotiate CTAs, and lead multi-therapeutic site contracts with a focus on oncology.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to balance business objectives with compliance, ensuring timely CTA execution and risk mitigation across studies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelors degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead negotiations and finalize CTAs with protections for business and operations.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas incl. oncology.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Proficient in Excel and CTMS; document updates in trackers.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Maintain GCP knowledge; train team; drive process improvements.
