Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager (Sponsor Dedicated /Remote – US Based). You will develop and negotiate US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with internal teams and major academic institutions to balance business objectives with risk and compliance.

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree

Responsabilidades

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific language.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead negotiations and finalize CTAs with protections.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Manage multiple contracting projects across therapies.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Excel and CTMS proficiency; maintain trackers.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Maintain GCP knowledge and improve processes.
