• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV)
• Bachelor's degree

Aufgaben

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders; draft and finalize clinical trial agreements; conduct due diligence checks when offers are declined.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology experience preferred).
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; communicate effectively; maintain trackers and databases.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Stay current with GCP, sponsor processes, SOPs; build relationships; train team; drive process improvements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Oncology experience; pharma/CRO/site experience; strong cross-functional leadership.
