Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor‑dedicated, remote role based in the United States. You will develop and negotiate US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with universities and internal teams to optimize risk and performance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years building budgets and negotiating with large academic institutions, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of clinical study protocols and site milestones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site‑related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study‑specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials; develop templates for consistency and compliance.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead negotiations with academic institutions; draft/finalize CTAs; perform due diligence checks.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas with oncology experience preferred; escalate risks and delays.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain updates in trackers and communicate clearly.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Maintain knowledge of GCP and SOPs; train teammates; contribute to process improvements.
