Job summary

The Site Manager will coordinate on-site teams, manage subcontractors, review drawings, and maintain project documents, while mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with Gray policies. Travel to project sites across the United States will be common; a proactive, team-oriented approach

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of related construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage on-site teams and schedules.
• Experience coordinating design, project and schedule management across large projects.

Responsibilities

• Own field activities from start-up to project completion, incl. safety, quality, and scheduling.
• Maintain and update project lookahead schedules and provide real-time data to PM/Scheduler.
• Lead on-site meetings, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety compliance.
• Mentor team members and enforce Gray policies and procedures.
• Travel as required to project sites nationwide.
