• Knowledge of construction project coordination, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to review and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents
• Skill in monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues or delays
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ability to provide technical support and apply problem-solving in a project environment
• Skill in preparing clear, accurate reports and maintaining project records

Responsibilities

• Coordinates administrative, logistical activities in support of on-going construction project(s) or major sub-component(s) thereof.
• Inspects job sites and reviews work for compliance with documents, progress of work, potential, or actual delays, and submit reports accordingly.
• Provides specific technical support; offers effective management and leadership duties and carries out established project objectives and directives.
• Work often consists of handling varied technical and/or administrative tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
