You will lead staffing, schedules, budgets, and milestones while supervising diverse teams and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and leadership to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field construction experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and direct teams on complex projects.
• Strong communication with management, vendors, contractors, and customers.
• Knowledge of design, modeling, scheduling, budgeting, and ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct shop and multi-site field operations from fabrication to maintenance.
• Lead staffing plans, resources, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Supervise employees, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Build relationships with general contractors, unions, vendors, and clients.
• Oversee shop, warehouse, and field offices and daily site operations.
• Maintain quality and compliance with drawings, specs, and docs.
• Coordinate deliveries, inventory, storage, and movement of materials.
• Maintain site administration including timesheets and safety records.
• Communicate project status and cost considerations to stakeholders.
• Enforce OSHA safety requirements and lead safety meetings.
• Represent the client in meetings and provide hands-on support as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Travel up to 90% to project sites.
