• Experience leading field teams on construction sites.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and crews.
• Strong safety, QA, and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site representative of the general contractor.
• Direct and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, laborers, and field personnel.
• Maintain an organized, productive, and professional jobsite.
• Monitor work for compliance with construction documents and industry best practices.
• Conduct daily site walks to identify progress, safety concerns, and quality issues.
• Validate subcontractor work plans and ensure adequate manpower on site.
• Provide direction and support to subcontractors to resolve field issues.
• Verify work completion for pay applications and change orders.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for safety, quality, and schedule commitments.
